Outside of work we enjoy everything from photography, traveling, cooking, boxing, reading, fashion design, watching movies, playing the guitar, exercising, going to the beach, dancing, listening to podcasts, and of course BBQ Sundays with family.

Servant Leadership
ZigSwift founder, Mauricio (Juan) Teran had his first job as a young boy in Chontales, a rural province in Nicaragua. At an early age, his mother instilled the value and importance of helping others. He assisted his mother in providing dental care to children who couldn’t afford it. It was during Nicaragua’s revolution, nearly 40 years ago, Mauricio being of age, his mother chose to protect her only son. With a heavy heart, she sent him to live with family in the United States. With many challenges and struggles that no young person should endure, Mauricio (Juan) persevered. Now the founder of several businesses, a father, and mentor to the next generation of young men and women seeking their place in the world, Mauricio (Juan) Teran was inspired to create ZigSwift to serve others.
Mauricio believes in people helping people through faith, perseverance, and living in integrity with your highest values.
